1. The Basics
By using Coincide™ you agree to these Terms. You must be 21 years or older and check in at a participating venue to use the live room features.
2. Respect The Room
Coincide™ is a place for real, in-person connection. Harassment, impersonation, solicitation, or any conduct that would not be welcome in a fine hotel bar will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login secure and notify us if you believe it has been compromised.
4. Venue Partners
Coincide™ operates inside curated partner venues. We are not responsible for the venues themselves, their staff, pricing, or any incident that occurs on their premises.
5. Limitation Of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that you will meet anyone, that the right person will wave back, or that every connection will be magical.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
