Coincide™ exists for the moment you're in. Nothing lingers. Nothing follows you home. We designed the entire platform around a simple principle: the less data we keep, the safer you are.

What We Collect

• Account basics: name, email, age verification, and a profile photo.
• Live presence: your check-in at a partner venue (GPS or QR), held only while you are there.
• In-room activity: waves you send and receive, and messages exchanged that night.
• Device info: minimal diagnostic data needed to keep the app working.

What Disappears, and When

• Your profile leaves a venue room the moment you check out or walk away.
• All chats are wiped by our Nightly Data Purge™ before sunrise.
• Ghost Exit™ removes you instantly with no trace to other guests.
• We do not maintain a long-term log of who you met or where.

What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share your location outside an active venue session.
• We never allow unsolicited messaging between users.
• We never track you across the web.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting privacy@coincideapp.com. Account deletion is permanent and immediate.
