Last updated: July 2026 1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to create a Coincide account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 2. Your account You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. 3. Conduct Harassment, impersonation, solicitation, and posting content that isn't your own are not allowed. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or make the platform unsafe for others. 4. Check-ins and presence Coincide verifies you're physically at a venue before unlocking Connect and chat there. Don't attempt to spoof your location. 5. Premium subscription Coincide Premium unlocks venue rosters, Connect Requests, chat, and Coincidences. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. 6. Content You retain ownership of what you post (photos, profile text). You grant Coincide a license to display it within the app to other members as intended by the product. 7. Termination You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. 8. Disclaimers Coincide facilitates introductions between members who are physically co-located; we don't run background checks and can't guarantee the conduct of other members. Meet in public settings and use your own judgment. 9. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. 10.
